Section 01
Why I'm Asking You
Jaime, this isn't a mass email or a cold pitch. I'm asking you personally because you are one of my closest from our batch, and because I know the kind of trust you carry in our community. That trust is exactly what this moment calls for.
SariKo launched today — April 18, 2026. We now have a live marketplace, 19 sellers onboarded, and a $50,000 Founders Circle raise underway from friends, family, and early believers before our formal VC round. The first investor, Rina Marty Perry, already committed and transmitted $5,000.
I'm not asking you to invest — unless you want to. I'm asking you to open a few doors with people from our batch and from Cebu who you genuinely trust and who might want to be part of something we're building together.
Your role is simple: You make a warm personal introduction. I do the rest — the meetings, the agreements, the fund collection. No money ever passes through you. You never make promises. You never pressure anyone. You're a bridge, not a broker.
Section 02
What SariKo Is — In Plain English
There are roughly 15,000 Filipinos living in Ho Chi Minh City. Right now, every Filipino food seller, every tutor, every small business owner among them operates through Facebook groups, Viber chats, and WhatsApp messages. There is no real marketplace. No payments. No delivery integration. No discovery.
SariKo changes that. It's a proper digital marketplace — built specifically for the Filipino diaspora in Vietnam — where sellers have real storefronts, buyers can find them easily, and transactions happen cleanly through integrated payments and delivery.
Node 1 is HCMC. The same model then replicates to Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and every city with a Filipino community. We call the parent platform Pangea — the Global Diaspora Commerce Platform.
The investment: The Founder's Circle is a SAFE — a simple agreement to receive equity when we close our VC round. Investors get in at a 25% discount to the price VCs will pay. Minimum entry is $1,000. The round closes at $50,000 or May 20, 2026 — whichever comes first.
Section 03
Your Rules of Engagement

✗
Collect or handle any investment funds — ever
✓
Make warm personal introductions to me directly
✗
Promise returns or guarantee any investment outcomes
✓

✗

✗

One rule above all: You are a trusted friend making a personal introduction. The moment it feels like selling — stop. My job is to close. Your job is to open doors with people who might genuinely want to know about this.
Section 04
Your Recognition & Reward
Rewards are based on the total capital introduced — not the number of people. One person investing $20,000 counts the same as four people investing $5,000 each. All rewards are equity-based. No cash commission is paid.
Starter
Up to $9,999

0.25%
equity reward
Active
$10,000–$24,999
total introduced

Conversion: Your equity reward converts at the same 25% discount as all Founder's Circle investors — when the VC round officially closes and all funds are confirmed received. This is real equity in BridgeTech Labs, Inc. (Delaware C-Corp), not a token or a promise.

Your Toolkit — Everything You Need
Before the messages — one thing Jaime should understand so he can speak to it naturally when people ask "but what exactly are we investing in?"
What Poppet Is Actually Building
Poppet is building Pangea — the Global Diaspora Commerce Platform. The concept is simple: every major city in the world has a Filipino community. Currently, all of them are invisible — buying and selling through Facebook groups, Messenger, and Viber, with no marketplace, no payments, no structure.
The Filipino diaspora is the 3rd largest in the world — over 10 million people living outside the Philippines, spread across Southeast Asia, the Gulf, Europe, and the Americas. Pangea is built to serve every one of them.
SariKo is Node 1 — launched in Ho Chi Minh City, the first proof point. Once it works in HCMC, the same model replicates: Seoul → Singapore → Hong Kong → Kuwait → Dubai → across the Gulf. Each city becomes a new node on the same platform.
The FFF round and the VC raise that follows fund exactly this expansion. The people investing now are investing in Pangea — not just one city, not just one app. They're early in something designed to be the commerce backbone for 10 million Filipinos worldwide.
Two messages below — one in Taglish for your Manila and Metro contacts, one in Cebuano for Cebu. Use whichever fits your contact. Adapt to your voice freely — just don't change the core facts.
📱 Version A — Taglish · For Manila / Metro contacts
Pare, may ipakikilala sana ako sa iyo.
My batchmate from Sacred Heart, Poppet Celdran — he's been building businesses across Southeast Asia for 25+ years. Ngayon, he just launched something I think is worth paying attention to.
He's building Pangea — a global commerce platform for the Filipino diaspora.
He's doing a small early-investor round right now — friends and family only, bago dumating ang VCs. Entry starts at $1,000 and early backers get in at 25% below whatever the VCs will pay.
Hindi kita pinipilit — gusto ko lang alam mo. Open ka ba sa isang quick call with Poppet?

📱 Version B — Cebuano · Para sa mga taga-Cebu
Pare, naa koy ipaila nimo.

Important: Once someone says they're interested — hand them off to me immediately. Don't negotiate, don't explain the agreement, don't discuss terms. Just say: "Okay, ikokonekta na kita kay Poppet — siya na bahala sa lahat." Then message me their name and contact number.
Section 06
Our 30-Day Plan Together
The campaign runs April 20 to May 20, 2026. Here's what the next 30 days look like — with clear milestones so we both know if things are on track.
April 20 · Day 1
You sign the Circle Lead Agreement. Campaign is officially live.
I send you the signed agreement via OpenSign. You receive your toolkit — this brief, the WhatsApp message, both links. We're go.
April 20–25 · Week 1
First 3 messages go out — your highest-trust batch contacts.
Start with the 3 people in Batch 1988 you'd be most comfortable reaching out to. Not a broadcast — personal, one-on-one. Use the WhatsApp message as your base.
April 28 · Check-in
We connect — quick WhatsApp update on responses.
Who responded? Who's curious? Who wants a call? I take it from there. If nobody responded — no pressure. We adjust the approach together.
May 1–15 · Week 2–3
Expand to wider Cebu network, as comfortable.
Once we have momentum from the batch, you can extend to other personal contacts in Cebu — at your discretion, only people you genuinely know and trust.
May 20 · Close
Round closes. Results confirmed. Rewards calculated.
We count total capital introduced, confirm your tier, and equity rewards are locked in for conversion at the VC round.
What does success look like? Concrete and honest:
3–5
Conversations started
from your batch
2–3
People who take
a call with Poppet
1–2
Investors who
commit by May 20
If you get 3–5 conversations started, this brief has done its job. Even if none of them convert to investors immediately, you've expanded the network that surrounds this company — and that matters beyond this round.
